Good piece. I agree with much of it, but author fails to address the significant role that self hatred among black folks played in this election. When one accepts the notion that he/she/they are inherently inferior to white folks, one starts to hate oneself for being black and inferior, and one does any and everything to become attractice to those who think that he/she/they are inferior.
